Bomberman is a video game series that has had a cult following for decades beginning in 1983. Bomberman really became mainstream with the launch of Bomberman for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in 1985 (Japan) / 1987 (USA). I have to start off by stating that I had never heard of the Wonder Boy video game series before, until Monster Boy and The Cursed Kingdom came out on the Google Stadia platform. I even had to look it up on Wikipedia, because I enjoyed playing this game so much on Google Stadia, I was kind of surprised I never knew about it or played it on an earlier gaming console.
First, I want to start off by thanking the Google Stadia Team for creating and launching the free version of Google Stadia in 2020, along with a two month FREE Google Stadia PRO subscription, during quarantine and a global pandemic.
